CONTEXT
UWashington Hyperloop is a team of 70+ talented and diverse students formed to compete in the SpaceX Pod Competition initiated by Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
For the second round of SpaceX Pod Competition, the team had to present our progress at Design Weekend in Texas. The poster and brochures were made for the booth in order to attract more sponsors and showcase what we had done.
PROBLEM
The challenge of the poster was how to make the data visually appealing and easy to read, in order for the potential sponsors to grasp the most information about the team in a short amount of time.
PROCESS
Deciding on what content to put on the poster took a lot of time and efforts. I met with one of the directors to talk about the audience of the poster to decide on what content they might want to know, how to show we have a lot of potential and how to present our financial situation etc.
I also collaborated with 3 or 4 different teams in order to get the correct data and make sure the presentation of the data fits the goal of each team.
